Brine Pumping Phosphate(1lb) 450 Super Phosphate

A specialty phosphate for brines, which allows for the meat to retain moisture and helps keep in meat juices. This Phosphate is a highly soluble, pH-neutral instantized(agglomerated) blend of pyro- and polyphosphates, especially suited for marination as well as injection also any ground muscle meat. Add 6 ounces per gallon of brine and inject accordingly. For a Marinade use 2 Oz. per 25 Pounds of Meat. Also works great for poultry and seafood.
