Elastic Netting

Originally used on beef roast, it has become very popular on boneless hams, Canadian bacon, and dried sausage. It leaves a rectangular pattern on the product. Comes in 30" lengths or 50 yard rolls. The following guide shows the stuffer and netting sizes.
