28mm (1 1/8 in.) 5 pack clear collagen casings are perfect for a fresh link sausage, hot dog, or small bratwurst. Each strand is 60 feet in length and will make approximately 90 pounds of sausage. Use a 1/2" stuffing horn for this casing. Fresh sausage only do not use for hanging or smoking
