Each caddie of 28mm clear collagen casing has 36, 30 foot strands (1,080 feet) and will stuff approximately 430 pounds of sausage. Minimum stuffing horn size is 17mm (2/3 in.). Good size for hot dogs, bratwurst, knockwurst. Collagen casings are made in the U.S.A. Use a 1/2" stuffing horn for this casing.
