Our Cocoa Barbecue rub is great for all types of barbecue. A blend of salt and seasoning gives this a deep, rich flavor, that isn't sweet like you'd think. Fantastic on Ribs, Brisket, and Chicken.
Usage: Rub generous amount of barbecue rub on both sides of meat. Refrigerate 2-4 hours before cooking. If par boiling, season after par boiling and finish cooking in oven or on the grill.
