One-Hand Knife/Fork Combo

This item dates back to the Civil War. It is a hybrid form of cutlery which combines the cutting capability of a knife and the spearing capability of a fork into a single utensil. Its intensions were to assist those that lost a limb in battle or later on in life. This gave those that lost a limb to retain their independence and remain self sufficient in feeding themselves. This knife/fork combination has a stain-free, high carbon steel blade. Protective sleeve is included.
