24mm (.94 in.) clear collagen casings are perfect for a fresh link sausage or hot dog. Each strand is 60 feet in length and will make approximately 22 pounds of sausage. Use a 1/2" stuffing horn for this casing. Fresh sausage only do not use for hanging or smoking
